What happens once I place my order?
Our Order Process
Place Your Order – Browse our collection and add your favorite items to your cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.
Processing & Preparation – Our team carefully prepares your order. Processing times vary based on the item but typically take 1-3 business days.
Shipping & Delivery – As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We get it—plans change. Once your order is placed, it heads into processing pretty quickly, which means we might not always be able to make changes. If you need to cancel, just drop us a note at hello@fernandhome.com with the subject line Order Cancellation Request as soon as you can. While we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes, we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t already been prepared for shipment.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We're a small, passionate team focused on delivering the best experience within this region. Stay tuned — we’re hoping to expand our reach in the future!
How much does shipping cost?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at hello@fernandhome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details — we’ll work with you to make it right.What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
